For building maintenance requests, please send email to Property Manager Jennifer Hansen at or call GFK at 206-285-1645.
For after hours building emergencies (before 9AM-after 5PM Monday through Friday & weekends), please call GFK Management at 206-285-1645 and press "0" to be transferred to an on-call manager.
If you have a life threatening emergency contact 911.
Cabana hours are: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Sun - Thurs;  8:00 AM - midnight Fri & Sat.  Please see Forms under MEMBERS for Cabana Reservation form.
